Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of new and unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Our return/exchange policy applies only to orders placed on ozmyse.com – Items purchased from our sale section are final sale, no returns/exchanges.

Once received, we will process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days after the receipt of your package. This is an estimate and processing times may vary seasonally. You will be refunded the amount paid for returned products at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. After a refund is processed, funds availability varies by financial institution.

Your refund will be credited to you by Ozmyse in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Where is my delivery?

We apologize for any delivery issues.

If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be found please contact Ozmyse for the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment at ask@ozmyse.com.

Once the claim has been initiated, we’ll supply any information that UPS might need to speed up the resolution process.

What if I’m missing an item from my shipment?

Claims for missing items/shortages or a non-received shipment must be submitted in writing to ask@ozmyse.com within 10 days of delivery.

I didn’t receive my order because the delivery address was incorrect

Orders delivered to an address incorrectly entered by a customer during checkout will not be replaced or refunded. Customers are responsible for double-checking that their delivery address is correct during the checkout process.
